We hold the Bazaar every second Saturday of the month. It will be on our campus at 1656 Blalock Rd. Houston, Texas 77080
Set up time will start at 7:30am and pack up time will end at 2 pm.
Here are the guidelines that we want to follow for the event.
1) Vendors must be ready to start selling 15 minutes before the opening of the market.
2) Vendors will have one hour before the opening to set up and one hour after closing to pack up. Vendors must stay the entire 4 hours and NOT start packing up until the Bazaar is over!
3 Vendors will be responsible for leaving their area in a clean condition.
4) Vendors will have a 10ft by 10 ft area to sell their products. Arrangements can be made if a larger area is needed. Vendors
will be responsible for their own tent, tables, chairs.
5) If you have a tent it must be weighted down on all four corners with at least 20 lbs. for safety reasons.
6) Vendors must dress appropriately. Shirts and footwear are required.
7) Alcoholic beverages and firearms are not allowed in the Bazaar.
8) Vendors who bring children to the Bazaar need to ensure that the conduct of the little ones is appropriate and not disruptive to the public and other vendors.
9) Vendors will be assigned a parking area.
10) Vendors will be required to receive approval from the Bazaar manager if they need to leave early.
11) The market manager has the final word regarding any problematic issues.
12) Restrooms will be provided by the church.
